Janice Lally

Janice Lally brings nearly a decade of experience in management, HR, recruiting, Information Technology (IT), and government relations. Her primary focus is company growth, employee retention, and internal operations. Prior to TD&P, Janice has worked as a CTO, Resource Manager, and Lead Recruiter with small companies in the IT government space. She graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and spends her free time keeping up to date with new and emerging technologies.

As an energetic, hardworking, and accomplished manager with over seven years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Team Lead, and Recruiter in the IT and government space, Janice identifies and seizes process improvement opportunities that strengthen efficiency, employee satisfaction, and team accountability through her expertise in talent evaluation, program development, and employee retention. She has worked as a liaison between multiple large defense contractors, business partners, and employees across the organization and has successfully placed over 100 individuals on various contracts in the Intelligence Community (IC).
Her previous experience includes managing the daily operations of internal staff and contractors at Cyberkinetics as Resource Manager and Lead Recruiter. In her position, she acted as a direct contact between several defense contractors and employees. Her leadership skills include developing and leading company events, social media, and the development of employee appreciation programs.

Janice directly supported the CEO and senior executive team, provided marketing insight, and advised on employee and human resource policies, development, and promotions. Ms. Lally identified company growth opportunities and during her two-year tenure, she was responsible for onboarding, offboarding and transitioning employees and was instrumental in generating over $3M in revenue.

Janice was previously employed as its Full Suite Solutions' Chief Operating Officer, overseeing its in-house staff, and supporting the CEO in the development of business ventures and employee retention. Within the first year of her employment, she created and submitted government job applications that helped the company generate seven figure revenue. In addition to developing company policies and acting as the liaison between employees and several government primes, she recruited and placed multiple candidates on government sites throughout the DC metro area. Additionally she provided Level II mortgage support at Navy Federal Credit Union,
