R. Lucia Riddle
R. Lucia Riddle serves as a senior advisor for TD&P Consulting, Inc. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and candidate for their weight loss specialist certification. Until March 31, 2012, she served as vice president of federal government relations with the Principal Financial Group®.In that capacity, she directed the federal legislative and regulatory strategy initiatives for issues affecting the company that ranged from health care to tax policy and financial services.
Riddle serves on the boards of UnityPoint Hospital System, Pathfinder International, the African-American Experience Fund of the National Parks Service, the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art and the National Coalition and Caucus for the Black Aged. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council, the Washington D.C. Chamber of Commerce and the Capital City Chapter of The Links, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Sigma Iota Epsilon.
In 2008 and 2012, Riddle was named by Savoy Professional magazine as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America,” a prestigious list that showcases leaders with exemplary accomplishments, influence and ability to inspire others. In 2011she also received the President’s Award from the Washington Government Relations Group.
