Dr. Paul is a Curators’ Distinguished Professor of Psychological Sciences and Executive Director of the Missouri Institute of Mental Health at the University of Missouri, St. Louis, a Clinical Neuropsychologist at TD&P. He is a Diplomate in Clinical Neuropsychology (American Board of Professional Psychology) and Principal Investigator on numerous clinical research studies funded by the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Paul’s clinical and research program is focused on brain and behavior relationships, with particular focus on neuroimaging, cognitive assessment, and psychosocial determinants of health. He has published 370+ scientific manuscripts in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, serves as the Associate Editor for multiple scientific journals, Co-Chair/advisor to international and national advisory groups that are focused on best practices related to cognitive and mental health evaluation. Dr. Paul has served as an expert in forensic neuropsychology for more than 20 years, and he has extensive experience in case evaluation, assessment, and interpretation in both state and federal courts.
