Education and Early Achievements
My journey began with an Associate degree from Saint Charles Community College in St. Charles, Missouri, where I graduated with honors. During my time there, I was not only committed to academic excellence but also actively engaged in student leadership. I had the privilege of being elected as the Student Body President, and my dedication led to numerous accolades in state and national-level tech competitions. One significant milestone during this phase was receiving the prestigious "Student Leader of the Year" award from the Missouri Community College Association.
Bachelor's Degree and High Honors
Building on my early successes, I pursued my Bachelor's degree at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. I specialized in Computer Science and complemented it with a minor in Business Management. After graduating with high honors (cum laude) in both the Math and Computer Science department as well as the Business Department, I was honored with medallions and certificates of excellence.

My professional journey; after completing my education, I embarked on a dynamic professional journey. I began as an intern, gaining valuable experience as a web developer and graphic designer at Datix, St. Louis, Missouri, an ERP and CRM solutions company. Subsequently, I returned to Pakistan and embraced the role of a Freelance Full Stack Developer. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with more than 70 remarkable clients on a diverse range of projects. These projects spanned from web design and development, Amazon Web Services (AWS), graphic design, and UI/UX testing to the integration and setup of CRMs, including Zendesk and HubSpot.
I've been fortunate to collaborate with a wide range of clientele hailing from diverse backgrounds and industries. These clients have included esteemed organizations like California's Bay Area Rapid Transit, Spanish government contractors such as the NIDEC DEFENSE GROUP, Australian online marketing platforms like Feedsy, the UK's prominent recruitment agency Unitedgrids, and the US-based Federal Employee Benefits Advisors Consultancy, among numerous others.
My leadership and innovation; for the past three years, I've had the privilege of working with TD&P, a journey that has seen me grow from a Full Stack Developer to the Lead Software Engineer and ultimately to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for both TD&P and AddVHE. My collaboration with TD&P, especially with CEO Tom Dawson, has been instrumental in developing AddVHE, a groundbreaking legal tech solution.
AddVHE is a data-driven platform designed for precise forecasting of healthcare costs based on data analysis. Tailored for personal injury litigation, it captures plaintiff demographic and medical history data in real-time and combines it with market data analysis to calculate future medical expenses accurately.
During this period, I've taken on the responsibility of recruiting and managing IT professionals, overseeing the development of AddVHE's architecture from the ground up, and playing a pivotal role in its success.
